Supplied as 200mg/ml, 10ml vial. Your prescribing provider will determine your injection amount and frequency.
Blackburn Drug maintains a central fill agreement with St. Luke's Compounding Pharmacy for prescription fulfillment.
Maximum 3 month supply per fill (90-day beyond use date). Recommended 75 day max supply, as medication undergoes third-party testing after compounding.
