Low dose naltrexone is a low-dose formulation of naltrexone, traditionally used at higher doses to treat opioid addiction. At doses between 0.5mg and 4.5mg daily, LDN works differently — modulating the immune system, reducing inflammation, and prompting the body to temporarily boost its own natural endorphin production. It's been explored as a supportive therapy for autoimmune conditions like multiple sclerosis, Crohn's disease, and fibromyalgia, as well as chronic pain syndromes and post-COVID symptoms such as fatigue and sleep disturbances. Taken once daily.
