Tirzepatide is a dual GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonist that supports blood sugar regulation and appetite control, often used as part of a comprehensive weight management or metabolic health program. Niacinamide (vitamin B3) is included to support cellular energy metabolism. Compounded tirzepatide/niacinamide injection is formulated for administration by or under the direction of a healthcare provider, with dosing individualized to the patient's treatment protocol.

Maximum 3 month supply per fill (90-day beyond use date). Recommended 75 day max supply, as medication undergoes third-party testing after compounding.
